I dont think we have to pay at the same time. NAL would be suited to a private partner and Moblan has a government partner. The funding from those sources can be used in offset with any potential earnings from NAL while the development progresses. We dont pay the entire cost upfront.
Still just need to get NAL profitable to budget accordingly. It can be done, Whisky.
