Well theres a couple more things to consider.
Construction commencing could be as simple as scratching out the footprint for the concentrator. Wouldnt be expensive, and you can stick your hand up and say "look, construction has begun" or the DFS has been released with half of the resource in at as I.Q may need it sooner rather than later for their own economic studies. Their budgeting timeframes would be quite long.
I would expect the strategic review to enlighten us a little.
