Certainly a reasonable conclusion based on tye presentation Split and I mentioned the need to have something happen reasonably soon if they are to meet those timelines recently.

In the end as always we are going to have to wait untill ink is put to paper..logic would say talks will have been going on for a longtime, JB mentioned he had to cancel a trip to Korea to attend the AGM and had participated in 40 meetings around that time if I recall correctly and there will have been plenty more since then, so always something going on in the background although not specific for any particular project...its one thing to have an indicated source of funding or an OTA , but would likely be contingent on permits and also SYA's ability to meet its obligations IMO...
