I think like any DFS its what they would like to happen but not necessarily what will happen or at least in the timeline indicated.. while design and engineering for a concentrator could be started it would require financing, permitting and a final investment decision to be in place before any serious spending or construction begins.

Financing and FID are material events so obviously nothing has been signed yet but that doesn't mean they aren't close to a possible arrangement and if those timelines are to be met things have to begin sooner than later as you say.

I wouldn't read too much into it untill we actually hear something but Moblan has always been high on the list of priorities and IMO now higher on the list than a Refinery at NAL when it comes to financing preferences and at the expense of pushing the Refinery ambitions at NAL out a year or two.

Will be interesting to see if the upcoming review sheds any light on the subject. Nothing much can happen untill we are generating cash again.
