Honestly, If people are buying this thinking they are getting a ultra cheap super duper smart watch they will be disappointed. It doesn't have the features of a $400 smartwatch ... but it's not claiming to be this in any way, shape or form. If buyers make an informed purchase ( as I did ), knowing they are getting a snazzy fitness tracker with the added bonus of a world first heart monitor then I expect they will be more than satisfied. Some of the bad reviews, I expect, will be from those expecting a super cheap, super duper smart watch.
