and I don't see how AXE can talk to chip manufacturers without showing some incentives to make a 12CQ. Unlikely anyone will make the 12CQ in bulk with no reward. Mo has been brandishing a chip with quantum information on it and saying it can be used in a phone, but hasn't actually detailed how yet. But who knows, there might be a brave manufacturer who will make 12CQ chips in partnership and wait for another use. First mover advantage has some value maybe.
