Previously the company has stated that the European 12CQ Patent covers Spain... See below from AXE announcement dated 23rd Feb...
Yes I know Mo wouldn't be doing his for noting.....But why..? Is this in relation to partnership or similar ...But then i'm not sure we (Mo or Martin) have visited Spain...lol
Can I ask our Patent experts to take a look and see if this new Lodged Patent is different from the previous one...?
