    Well, if we believe what has been said, it’s mentioned by someone here that Bruce said VRX could sign one immediately if they want to, but they’re looking at better off takes partners.

    If I have to take a wild guess, maybe the before Christmas thing was accurate, but fell through, probably with some Chinese companies?
