That's the issue. They pay some contractor a huge fee to write this completely unecessary rubbish.
Slavery in mining should of course be abolished comnpletely. Australia's big miners would be responsible and decent in their employment practices, but SBM has to SAY it. Next thing you know they'll pay a contractor to make a presentation about the fact that they have unisex toilets, and that purple hair is encouraged at SBM.
To the board - how about looking after the share price eh? Do the job you're paid for.
