Aren't our universities heavily dependent on the foreign student dollars. I graduated a couple of years ago, and even at my uni (which has lower foreign students) 25% are foreign students.
Many can not even speak english, as the uni has now lowered the bar in order to attract students. No way the universities would last without that income stream.
