yeah I think they are sailing in rocky waters personally they won’t go down though as they got plenty of cash however dealing with known scammers will likely make the asx hold them out until revenue is recorded but then it will be up to the asx if they are then okay having a company partnering with known scammers.

The company can delist and still continue their operation without the asx and SH still hold keep their holding and can still trade it just not on the asx.

either that or the company has to cut their ties with them which will then be basically telling the asx it wasn’t a great revenue deal because if that is true no way would you cut that deal except for moral reasons.

Anyway completely different story here with ESH no dodgy partners, partnering with the best of the best in esports and gaming which certainly gives a real chance of becoming a Facebook of gaming.
