It's taking the risk that the market is skeptical on anything other than guaranteed revenue or and/or revenue in quarterlies - which in my experience has proven to be true with small caps. Short of those two things, with an imminent CR, unless they announce guaranteed revenue I suspect the SP isn't going to skyrocket. I'm a holder and supporter of the vision, just cautious of cash on hand to get there without raising more capital.
