Sorry mate but these are tournaments that have traditionally been run by a couple of volunteer mods and a guy with a spreadsheet, and they still can be. If that was the goal then why the website? Why the news platform (hint - buying a body of users to spruik registration numbers perhaps)? You can't even cut out the requirements for mods, since these integrations with games are flaky and tournament rules need to be enforced.
Razer is in, yes, but don't think that the zSilver is coming from the goodness of their hearts. How much of their chip-in is going straight back? How much did that silver slam cost vs how much ARR did it bring in?
This has a market cap of 20M and imo not for long. The primary monetisation switch for the '1 million registered users across all Mogul service offerings' has been flipped with the VIP membership and traditional SaasS valuation models can start to be applied.
They'll probably try to get a CR in early cause its gonna be tough raising money in a few months if the VIP numbers don't move mountains.
