ESH does release price sensiitive announcements but they are all immaterial regarding earnings. E.g. Last update about Buriram United was in September last year stating 1000+ subscribers (price sensitive). No update since but free subscriptions given out from December therefore not providing any subscription income as per announcement. Kelloggs announcement and then corrected the next day stating that any earnings were going to be immaterial
