I would say at a guess it's esports arena end that has the issue as if it was the tournament, run by mogul, they'd just go back to the "presenters lounge" and chat about everything live while the tournament issue got sorted out. But they haven't, so I'd say it's the esports arena team that are having the issue. Plus the tournament is still running, you can see all the talk in the ** group that's going on even while esports arena stream is down.
