Ann: Mogul Raises $8m in Significantly Oversubscribed Placement, page-33

Have to say I'm a bit filthy at the fact we didn't get a SPP for this raise. I'm confident with the new management, that a LOT of us holders would have stumped up some cash for a 30% discount with FREE attaching options with 2yr expiry date. I'm a believer but with no ultra urgent requirement listed on the reasoning page of the proposal I'm not entirely on board with it.
I realise it's best to raise when you don't need rather than when you do, but attaching so many options was totally unneccesary aswell I feel. I believe we can still vote against the options side of things am I right ??
