Also with the 10,000,000 shares for GameGeek, they've already issued those. They're just asking now for shareholders to wipe the slate and let them do that again (ie in addition to the 10% additional shares they want approval to issue, they want to clear up the balance of 15% they can issue every year without approval).
What gets me about GameGeek is... what happened to it? Mogul News? Then what happened to that? disbanded.. see facebook for further updates.... Let's just forget that ever happened and wipe the slate clean so we can do it again?
I'm no finance expert, but it seems clear they're positioning for CR or acquisitions through share issuance... up to 25%
