He sure did compared to SEA being in the $x0,000 (IIRC) so can certainly understand why they are targeting NA/EU over SEA and why things are being developed more on PC as PC would be stronger in NA than mobile in terms of gamers competing. As Fortnite, League of Legends, Call of Duty, Counter-strike, DOTA2 etc all the games you hear in the esports world are on PC and that is the bigger market in NA IMO compared to mobile.
As yes I have a mobile but I would play on PC first, then console and rarely mobile... the last game i played on mobile was hearthstone but this is also on PC however I cannot envisage myself playing the games mentioned above on a mobile as my controls are much better on PC plus I have better visibility on the game as I dont have my fingers taking up half the screen trying to do something.
