Just a side question. How does a $974k raise for 2-3 quarters of cash for a company almost out of cash get described as oversubscribed? How much were they asking for? Clearly not much. Why so little? Pragmatically to hopefully be raising at a better price next time but also pragmatically, on track record of slow delivery, that is unlikely.
