Shutting up shop and selling off the assets remains an option but it would be last resort, unless the board were confident that the return to shareholders was going to significantly outweigh the potential return from development over the medium term.

Not sure what this legal claim is all about. Perhaps Mitchell has left a little grenade to be defused. It might all be without foundation too.

I cannot believe that the Quebec government will not allow a controlled form of drilling. I think that common sense will prevail over coming months.

With Shell trying to buy as many tenaments as they can in South Africa, it is silly for anyone to suggest that our asset does not have a value at present. I expect that this asset will be the first sold out of the portfolio.
