That's a interesting timeline Tahi. You would think that they need an announcement before then.
They do have some skin in the game with the Chairman connected to approx. 6 million shares but plenty of disgruntled sh's who hold more. You would expect that with former director Max Beck who holds over 3% and Bentley Capital's 7%, the pressure is on to return capital.
Bentley have this on their website "We are not an equities fund manager nor are we a venture capital or private equity firm. Our investment strategy is unique in that we look for companies that are generally not on the radar of traditional professional investors and which offer both deep value on entry but also significant near-term upside. "
"Near-term upside" being the operative words, I hope.
