I did tonypell on the way, just post a thought about capital raising, not sure if it works. Instead of giving the benifits to a small group of people (most of them might be just take advantage of the price difference and sell within days/weeks), a 1:10 or even 1:20 Non-Renounceable Entitlement Offer benefit the current shareholders as well good for the share price in most case?
