I do wonder what the plan of the 'manipulator' is here, I must say I don't understand it.

Surely they've sold down at a loss to drive it to this price - and I think this is different to when OZL were pushing / holding the price down last year, because OZL had a fairly long window to accumulate at that lower price.

I would argue it is different this year, with a substantial discovery growing with each announcement and JORC just around the corner - I agree with the views that this could shoot up quickly and at any time. So where / how will the manipulator get their return?

Not expecting anyone to have the answer to this, just voicing my confusion.

Only thought is it could be a push to make a third-party takeover offer more attractive - but if this is the case, again they better act quickly before the price moves up (??).
