Regal have been known to push prices lower on behalf of a third party who is keen to lowball an offer. It just doesn't make sense for them to take a position at $1.15 and then $1.22 and force the price lower for any other reason. The volumes haven't been significant these last few weeks so its;
a) Holders (who bought higher) selling to offset other gains at tax time
b) Regal working for the likes of Glencore
c) Investors believing they can achieve better short term gains elsewhere as I mentioned above
I don't see it as Regal trying to accumulate. Trigger stops etc. Not with the steady decline which we've seen since last announcement.
