Goes to show: even with iron ore prices under the pump, the industry incumbents still need to invest in their operations, whether for mere sustaining, upgrades or expansion purposes.
I not sure what a port-located iron ore sampling station looks like, or how big it is, but I assume its more substantial than a converted 40 foot container containing a few riffler-splitter boxes:
