Primary Health or Jangho or both in a team.
Why would Primary venture off to Asua when it could increase their business in Australia.
They are already expanding in IVF. A cheap acquisition of MVF would be easier and quicker path to growth.
Heaps of costs outs and synergies. Primary is big in diagnostics and already have ASX listing.
It would also stabilise Monashs revenue declines as Primary Heath has been the low cost competition
