I only rate this as a buy due to a takeover potential uplift. My feeling is that growth will come from the low income or middle income earners as these services become less expensive - which is exactly what MVF are not targeting - and their ex-employees are likely targeting MVF and the high-end clients. I understand this 'looks' cheap. But trend shows declining earnings and increasing debt and nothing on the horizon to boost the bottom line.
