cash flow weak with working capital movements and a slight increase in capex.
Ev/ebitda over 10 now for a company facing significant headwinds with doctors leaving, earnings declining significantly, and losing market share.
debt metrics deteriorating causing the dividend to be cut again. they don’t really have much headroom to buy their way out of trouble or reinvent themselves.
question is, will this be the new base? I have no conviction that this slide won’t continue.
