I should add that if the Mega deal does go through and we do get assigned a slice that reflects 20 cents per share (hopefully with considerable upside if the graphite market does take off), after adding to this another x cents for SER's remaining non-Uley projects, I'll still be happy - it's just not how I would have played this hand.
