suspect covid 19 impacted dog numbers as local vets are doing the minimum interactions - recruitment takes a lot of discussion and interactions.
The owners had to pay for initial evaluation (which would do for any treatment) so I don’t think this really was a factor. Fair question all the same and just my opinion
