NZT I agree your first two questions are good ones that I would like to hear the answers to, but question 3 goes to Theoc's point in part imo.

My view is that PAA know what they are doing regards PR (but it is frustrating) and they are keeping this hidden in a cupboard under the stairs on Alpha Centauri behind a sign that says beware of the leopard (obscure Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy quote that I like). But seriously I am not sure I know why - maybe this is part of the Elanco deal, maybe Elanco want to announce this deal and bring the breakthrough into the mainstream media with their PR once they have exercised the deal ... 'look what we have developed and acquired, oh yes there was a little obscure R&D Australian Co involved'.

I am hoping that Elanco are already in possession of the results they need to make a decision - I would like to know when that process officially starts. I think we will know fairly soon, at least that is my hope.

My sentiment is still as below - Buy/Hold.
