Impairments have to be upfront due the accounting standard AASB9.
Because they are growing so rapidly the impairments being recognised > revenue being received.
Interested in the purpose of the cap raise they were issuing scrip for SocietyOne shareholders, could it be for further acquisition or international expansion?
