Hard to say but investors sitting on large capital gains this FY are probably looking at their MME holding and thinking this is a great opportunity to offset some of those gains.
MME has a decent loan book and a great tech stack. In my view there is good value at the current SP, however I expect selling pressure to remain for the next 5-6 weeks.
I speak with a couple of MME customers to seek their feedback on their financial products and App features and both have complained that the credit score product has updated for nearly two months despite their Experion credit score changing. There is clearly some work to do on the tech side and this may be a product of some of the cost cutting measures (possibly to support the placement and SPP).
Whilst I'm tempted to buy at these levels the cautious side of me is telling me to sit back and wait for positive news and pay a premium for the reduced risk. I suspect the more discerning investor with a low risk profile is probably sitting on the sidelines monitoring the situation.
