Positive sign in my opinion. They are essentially betting on themselves to originate $178m in new loans that will be profitable and potentially yield higher returns than the loans they are selling through securitisation.
I think that uncertainty about macro conditions is the main factor holding the share price back. Hoping for a good Q4 update soon.
