Though it could be considered a saving, if $10m is allowed to move from reserved cash to a cheap facility. Then the cash could be redirected to reducing the expensive corporate facility.
Stop paying 15% or whatever on the $10m not put into the corporate facility. But pay 5 or 7% or whatever on the $10m in the autopay facility.
