Jamie McPhee's appointment makes a lot more sense now that there is clearer path to return to growth. The increase in funding capacity will (in theory) allow the business to grow the loan book by ~30%, and then there's the kicker of an additional $10m in unrestricted cash. This is quite a significant announcement for a company of MME's size and current market cap.
