In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10.5, we wish to advise that 60,000 executive options have been issued pursuant to the Mayne Executive Share Option Scheme. The options are exercisable at a price of $3.51 and expire on 30 July 2007. What a great gift for executives of one of the worst performing companies on the ASX = a reward for non-performance.
Why not make them exercisable at 6-7 dollars and reward these executives for increasing shareholder value, Cheers Cerberus
