I totally agree RudiV, Allergy Partners and SENTA are taking this very seriously as Imo they can see this as a huge windfall for both of them in time. Just the overall size and umbrella reach in the US these two companies have tells me they are major players in this sector and will hopefully take ADR along with them for the journey. As much as I'm not happy about the consolidation timing, another possible C/R and basically where the share price is atm as well as lack of detail and updates(that's a long list), I have got to give ADR credit for engaging these two US companies. The on-the-ground business staff for ADR over there have done a great job with this, keep it coming!!
Having the first mover advantage on your competitors is certainly another bonus.
Eagerly awaiting news on engagement with hospital systems, medical groups & self-insured payors.
