Ann: Montem completes the sale of 50% TM-REX to TransAlta, page-14

If anyone missed the AGM yesterday, I have taken a couple of notes.

The trial start date has been moved to the 16th of June 2025, with the initial hearing ending on June 28th.
The start date has been set and will not be moved again.
It is expected that the total length of the trial is around 4 months. However, this may be reduced if Atrum Coal reaches an out of court settlement.

Wahl Citadel have put 5.5m million dollars towards funding this litigation.

The claim is for 500-550m dollars, as the project had a NPV of 1.78B.

Hopefully we receive a fair (Hefty) payout from this corrupt government.
Does anyone want to guess what the outcome will be & and payout amount if we are found in favor ?
