Honestly, I think that 50-70m is realistic. It would be nice to see a fast out of court settlement around this value. If we win in court, 100m - 125m. The potential out of court settlement for ATU highlights this opportunity for us. I think its highly unlikely for us to be paid out in the 100's of millions, for loss of future income & project value. Loss of use and sunk costs would be most likely. We have about 360m SOI. A 50m Payout would be equal to roughly 13c per share. However, I wonder what the disposal of Chinook would look like. As we may have some remediation liabilities and may have to sell it during the closure of the business. Would anybody be able to shed some light on this? I think everyone here would like to see this over and done with.

if I were CEO I would've going for 20 cents a share plus interest over 5 years so around 26-28 cents a share lol happy days for all
