They sure acted like a producer last year in October..
There is a lot of upside here at these prices, along with a whole lot of risk and distrust.
I think i am a buyer around these levels, but the next month concerns me. I think there are going to be a lot who cut there capital losses so I am holding out a little longer before dipping my toes back in for a small parcel.
