We knew that not much of what they took to the auction was from the plant (~10%), but we unfortunately didn't think they were silly enough to buy up every slightly red stone the locals could find and try to pass it off as ruby at auction. It is hard to beleive that they thought this was going to be anything other than a total disaster. There is a reason the market does not have much faith in the management of MUS.

This past failure does not change that the ground they have has real potential. The reason I bought in still stands and I have a bit more faith in the guys on the ground. If they do find a location with good rubies then the past will be soon forgotten.

I don't think there is a stock on the ASX with more up and down pull than MUS.
