    The % discount should probably be based off post tax NTA (unless they are able to get rollover relief). Looking at the most recent announcement Pre Tax NTA is $1.20. Post Tax NTA could be ~$1.15. Based off current SP of $1.05 the discount of ~10% looks about right (or even a bit skinny) especially given the volatility of the market and their current holdings. Also this scheme has been talked about since last year (delay after delay, not saying its their fault) so if they are talking about it being implemented before year end you are talking at least a few more months of volatility to sit through. The discount could all be chewed up in a short time. Would only consider entering once docs come out. I got burnt on the options. Went from double profits to loss. lol. high risk high return.
