It was not possible to factor in the tax consequences of the portfolio transfer
until (say) 11.5.21 which was the effective date. Perhaps you were recognizing
tax paid for the 19.20 year.
I have loaded the top holdings of MA1 in a watchlist and there are pluses
and minuses with a neutral outcome.
We are in the lap of the gods with the portfolio valuations post reconstruction
so there is an assumption that current management can perform.
