the problem with their weekly NTA updates is they only disclose pre-TAX NTA and that will fall when tax payments are made, like what happened last month, 2.2% of NTA were the tax payments which is around 3c of franking per share.
Now IF they cared a bit about their shareholders and/or disclosure obligations, i would expect for it to be disclosed together with weekly pre-tax nta figures. Not sure on their agenda, maybe it's to trap as many as possible in the unlisted MA1 for another year. It might be working with me as i didn't plan to stick around but given the discount now i just might.
