so they need additional 3 plus million to do more works, crap you could build there shed three times for that, and overall the companies quarterly loss increased by 1.3million if we take of the 1.8 million tax from last quarterly, no way you can gloss this up mate it is a Shyt show, and the upgrades have not been completed
