Hey Cyril, some of the other guys may know more, but being set up as a construction loan I am pretty sure it can only be used for this purpose. If things go well they will likely use the 10 mill to continue to develop and expand Mildura over the next two years.

I also realise in my last post I mentioned a 10 mill facility but as you mentioned it is a 15 mill working capital facility. I still however stand by comments of enough money to easily finance a year, maybe a bit longer.
