    You can have the fastest or even the slowest IT systems in the world, but if your BOH staff canot make/cook/reheat the product fast enough, it will not make one iota of difference, except to have less customers coming in.

    I did see the Marketing guru now needs a person for 20-30 hours per week to do all the things he cannot or will not do.
