Yes, but usually after a consolidation and capital raise the share price plummets after opening before finding stability. I think a 20:1 consolidation based on a pre consolidation price of .003 will see the share price open at 6c and fall to find stability in the share price. Most of the time the share price never recovers after a consolidation so there is a huge amount of risk present for losing all your money. The only glimmer of hope is a take over at current levels.
