They are trying to turn this basket case around for their own benefit not yours. Vote no to the incentives. There just shifting the cost problems to shareholders by causing dilution. This company will travel sideways for years. Peter needs to go he's like a recalcitrant lump on this business. Incentives only when there is an improvement in the share price. Quid pro quo.
